Our Team
We believe meaningful therapy grows from connection — not only between therapist and client, but within a grounded, collaborative community of clinicians. Each member of our team brings a unique lens, training background, and lived perspective, allowing us to offer care that is both individualized and holistic.
We consult regularly, value ongoing learning, and support one another so that the care you receive is thoughtful, attuned, and ethically grounded. Our collaborative model helps us match each client with the clinician who best aligns with their needs, while honoring the whole person — mind, body, and relationships.
It is a privilege to hold this work together and to create a space where people feel safe enough to grow.

I’m a therapist who believes deeply in the power of showing up as your full, unfiltered self—messy moments, big feelings, unexpected life turns and all. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the kind of genuine connection that helps people feel both safe and seen. I aim to bring warmth, honesty, and a little lightness into the room, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
Before opening my practice, I worked in a vocational high school in Lynn, supporting teens juggling academic pressure, identity exploration, and the complicated realities of their lives. Prior to that, I worked in correctional mental health, providing care to individuals navigating layers of trauma, challenging environments, and systems not built with emotional wellbeing in mind. These experiences taught me that every person has a story worth hearing and that healing grows when people are met with dignity, respect, and real human connection.
I specialize in working with teens, college students, young adults, and new parents—people who are in the thick of life changes and trying to make sense of who they are and where they’re headed. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, imposter syndrome, and those quiet feelings of “I should be handling this better” that so many of us carry.
In therapy, you can expect a space that’s supportive, collaborative, and refreshingly human. We’ll explore what’s weighing on you, build grounding and coping skills that actually fit your life, and work toward healing—not perfection. Some days we’ll unpack the heavy stuff, and other days we’ll celebrate small wins, reframe old stories, or simply practice being kinder to yourself.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, real, clinically grounded, and unafraid to bring a bit of quirkiness and humor into the room when it’s welcome, I’m glad you’re here. Together, we’ll create a space where you can breathe, grow, and feel empowered on your own terms.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment, pressure, or having to pretend you have it all figured out. As a Licensed Therapist, my work centers on helping people better understand themselves, build confidence in their voice, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
Therapy is an investment in yourself. While growth can sometimes feel uncomfortable, it can also be empowering and deeply meaningful. My role is to walk alongside you as we explore patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we work to shift habits and beliefs that no longer serve you and build tools that support long-term emotional health.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship stress, conflict, life transitions, and adjustment to motherhood. I understand that each stage of life brings unique challenges, and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are.
My style is direct yet compassionate, supportive yet honest. I value individuality and do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to create a plan that feels collaborative and personalized.
I genuinely care about the work I do and feel privileged to sit with people during vulnerable and important moments in their lives. My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood, supported, and more confident in your ability to navigate what lies ahead.
